Our tablets are in every room and they even greet you when you are checking in! You can call us, surf in the internet, inform yourself about us and our beautiful city and more. Talk to us for more information, personal service will always be our number 1.

Check in is at 3pm. After availability you can check in earlier. This could be associated with costs.

You can also do the Online Check In one day prior arrival if we have your E-Mail Adresse. Via the Hotel Bird App you will get the key to your room directly to your phone.

Check out is at 11am. After availability you can check out later. This could be associated with costs.

You can Check Out in your Hotel Bird App as well. You can pay via credit card the rest of the amount if you did not pay in advance.

There are hotel parking spaces for our guests in the underground car park. There are also parking spaces for electric cars. Both costs 30,00€ per night. We also have 12 parking spaces in front of our property for 25,00€ per night. For them we will give a discount of 5,00€ if you booked directly. Please be aware that we can not reserve parking spots.

There are 4 parking spaces for electric cars in our underground car park. Please be aware that we can not reserve them.
